Here's some shots of a couple of sections of air fence at Levels Raceway in Timaru. This has been made possible by a significant donation from Pub Charity for the purchase of 64 metres of the air fence.

Contributions from The Otago Motorcycle Club, South Canterbury Motorcycle Club and Canterbury Motorcycle Club paid for the freight costs from Auckland to Christchurch. John Hepburn was generous enough to transport it from Christchurch to Timaru at no cost.

I'm sure the other motorcycle clubs involved were as enthusiastic as the OMCC to support this venture. We had unanimous support for this. As always the club was keen to help in any area that will improve safety for motorcyclists. Accumulated profits from 34 years of running the Brass Monkey Rally enabled us to help with yet another community project. Thanks to all involved in the Brass Monkey, and all those people who've attended over the years.

We look forward to seeing a great turn out for our club day on November 1st.

Please forgive me if I've left anybody off this list, and I'm sure there are lots of other people who helped make this happen.

Feel free to chime in with any info in this regard.

Cheers, Craig B. President. OMCC
